By now, you probably know that Senator Ted Kennedy passed away late last evening. Regardless of what you thought of his politics, he spent a lifetime championing better health care for all; and with his passing it remains to be seen how his absence will impact Congress’ efforts to enact comprehensive health care reform.

Our flag here at APhA flies at half-staff in honor of his service to Massachusetts and our country.
