Glitazones, Statins Proving Useful Adjuncts in Diabetes Care


Recently published studies provide reasons for physicians to consider thiazolidinedione (TZD) and statin treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) earlier in the course of the disease and more frequently than has been the case.
