Continuing TNF inhibitors better than stopping therapy in select patients with RA

KEY POINT

Continued use of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitors resulted in fewer flares compared with stopping treatment in patients with established rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who were in remission or had stable low disease activity, according to results of a trial published in Arthritis and Rheumatology.
